Talent position 1: Sales Manager[2-3 in Shenzhen, 1 in East China]
Job Responsibilities:
1, according to the company’s overall strategy, organize the development of sales plans;
2, planning the overall operation and business direction of the sales system of the company, leading the sales team;
3, formulate the overall sales target, submit the sales plan, supervise the implementation of the sales process, complete the sales task;

Requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above;
2, at least 5 years experience in sales of electronic components industry, resources, MOSFET and AC-DC, DC-DC  experience in IC sales, familiar with BLDC applications;
3, at least 2 years experience with team;
4, with strong communication and negotiation skills;
5, with good market analysis and judgment, good customer service awareness;
6, integrity quality and professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, and know how to be grateful.
 
 
Talent position 2: Sales Engineer[4-8 in Shenzhen, 2-3 in East China]
Job Responsibilities:
1, according to the company’s overall strategy, organize the development of sales plans;

Job Responsibilities:
1, mainly serving the motor drive product line;
2, the focus is on related applications and providing good technical support to customers;
3, need to maintain good communication with the original factory, company colleagues and customers;
4, provide relevant product information to relevant customers;
5, cooperate with sales, complete more DesignIn for customers, and achieve more DWIN;
6, continuous and good follow-up is required for the customer project in charge.
 
Requirements:
1, bachelor degree or above, mainly serving motor drive product line;
2, 3 years and above drive software design work experience; proficient in servo motor, permanent magnet synchronous motor, switched reluctance motor principle, and its vector control algorithm, familiar with position loop, speed loop, torque loop related control;
3, familiar with motor drive applications and application requirements. Experience in developing core software algorithms for motor driver products is preferred;
4. Familiar with the application of BLDC.
 
 
Talent Position 4: Advanced Power R&D Engineer[1-2 in Shenzhen Area]
Job Responsibilities:
1, at least full-time undergraduate degree in related fields such as power electronics and applied electronics;
2, at least 5 years working experience in switching power supply, or master’s degree and more than 5 years experience in power supply R&D;
3, proficient in the basic theory of modeling, control and design of charging power supply, with practical experience in switching power supply development, including circuit simulation, device parameter tuning, feedback loop design, circuit PCB template design and function debugging;
4, familiar with the working principle of switching power supply various topologies, magnetic devices, safety EMC, component specifications, etc.;
5, can independently complete the power supply design and debugging, will draw the BOM list BOM production, have strong circuit principle analysis ability, have a deep understanding of the R&D process;
6, can independently engage in the design and development of charging power supply of tens of watts to 3000W.
 
 
Recruitment 5: Power Hardware Engineer[3-5 in Shenzhen Area]
Job Responsibilities:
1, independent switching power supply development and design work, familiar with industrial power supply, communication power supply, electric vehicle charger, product development experience;
2, 3 years of experience in power development, college degree or above;
3, has a solid analog digital circuit foundation, familiar with power supply topology design, component selection and schematic and PCB design process design specifications and safety design;
4, can complete the whole process of circuit design and debugging of new project independently, document output, trial production follow-up, familiar with EMC rectification;
5, with professionalism and strong sense of responsibility, good at planning work and arranging his own work;
6, have a certain English foundation, can read the basic datasheet English data;
7, familiar with the design of the single-chip and hardware docking.
 
 
Recruitment 6: Power Software Engineer[3-5 in Shenzhen Area]
Job Responsibilities:
1, edit project software control plan, process, form logical definition and description;
2, college degree or above, more than 3 years experience in power supply software development, STM32.TI2000 series, PIC. development design;
3, familiar with RS232, 485, CAN serial communication, background picture software writing;
4, with strong debugging problem analysis ability;
5, responsible for on-site fault analysis and resolution after sale.
 
 
Recruitment 7: Structural Engineer[1-2 in Shenzhen Area]
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drawing and designing the structure drawing of switching power supply products, familiar with CAD software 3D drawing modeling design;
2, evaluate structural component suppliers, assist and assist management, and provide relevant technical support;
3, 3 years of power structural components, college degree or above, sheet metal, stamping die, profile die, heat sink profile design and cost assessment capability;
